eBooks
eBooks may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of the content has been read or accessed.
Refund requests for eBooks that have exceeded 10% read/accessed are not eligible for a refund.
New Print Books
New print books may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 4 business days to the original payment method.
To qualify for a return, books must be returned in their original condition.
Used Print Books
All sales of used print books are final. Used print books are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Used print books
- eBooks with more than 10% of the content read or accessed
- Any item that does not meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above
