## eBooks 

eBooks may be eligible for a refund within **7 days of purchase** if **less than
10% of the content has been read or accessed**. 

Refund requests for eBooks that have exceeded **10% read/accessed** are not eligible
for a refund. 

## New Print Books 

New print books may be returned within **30 days of delivery**. 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed
within **4 business days** to the original payment method. 

To qualify for a return, books must be returned in their original condition. 

## Used Print Books 

All sales of **used print books are final**. Used print books are **not eligible
for returns, exchanges, or refunds** unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

## Non-Refundable Items 

The following items are not eligible for refunds: 

 * Used print books 

 * eBooks with more than 10% of the content read or accessed 

 * Any item that does not meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above
