Kenya N. Rahmaan is a passionate advocate for Child Support reform and family rights. With years of experience navigating the complexities of the Title IV-D child support system, she has dedicated her life to helping others understand and overcome the challenges within this broken system. 

Kenya has recently began disproving the validity of the Moynihan Report (Daniel Patrick Moynihan,  1965) and disproving the discussion that the welfare state destroyed American Black families.

My Story

Like many parents, I found myself trapped in a system designed more for profit than for the well-being of children. Through personal experience and extensive research, I discovered how the child support system has become “The Child Support Hustle” – a revenue-generating machine that often hurts the very families it claims to help.

My Mission

My mission is threefold:

• Educate: Help families understand their rights and the true nature of the Title IV-D system. Discuss researched material disproving the misconception of welfare destroying Black families.

• Advocate: Provide direct assistance to those navigating child support and safety net programs.

• Agitate: Push for systemic reform and the end of systemic racism. Voting for politicians who support reparations for Black America is a MUST.

I am the author of “The Child Support Hustle,” a groundbreaking book that exposes the financial incentives driving the child support enforcement system and its devastating impact on families across America.
