If you're looking at this to be a deadbeat & not support your kids, this work of fiction will get you into a LOT of trouble...
This self-published "book" is essentially trying to make the argument that child support is somehow "unfair" to men who get women pregnant. The "author" also makes a lot of claims that it's somehow illegal for the authorities to jail you for failure to pay. "Author" is entirely wrong. He is confusing laws against debtor's prisons, those for debts to corporations etc with court-ordered child support. Child support is NOT a commercial debt! Failure to pay child support is actually a crime, punishable by fines & jail time. Why? Because it is a judicial award to the mother of the children. It is binding. Oh, and one other detail- IT IS FAIR!
"Author" is simply an ill-informed misogynistic crybaby who thinks white men have it really hard these days and "why can't it be the 1950's anymore?" and "it's just not fair that there are consequences for my actions!" Don't waste your money on this self-published, badly written garbage! Send it to your kids instead, deadbeat!

Child support hustle shows the problem now, but also lays out the game plan for expansion over the lives of every middle class person and person in poverty. This is the future. A Broken Father
Well said. I usually cringe when I hear the word feminist as I associate it with man hating, but if this is a true feminist then I 100%support it. I think anyone who supports equal right in one form or another has an obligation to also support equal parenting. The bias against men in divorce or never married father's is arcac. Just like in the 70's when women couldn't do certain things or the 50's when white people ran things all the time. It's high time we take another look at domestic violence and notice women commit it just as much as men and th fact that they falsely accuse men of of in custody and divorce cases. I am a victim of domestic violence that never went reported. Then I had to fight for my rights to be a dad. If roles were reversed.....well you know what would happen.

The author is NOT a white, child support paying man
For the record... this "author" is NOT a male or white. This author is a Black Woman, as am I. And she is 100% correct. She was disgusted with the enormous amount of power she was given over her baby daddy when she placed him on child support. Just as I feel, there is no way in hell I could keep up with a child support court order if the shoe was on the other foot. No way. Its time for EQUALITY in family court.

This is a great book to help navigate through a corrupt and flawed system. I use to receive CS but always notice how my casework would go through dire straits to make sure my daughters father was down. I tried to close my case and was told NO absolutely not happening?! But after reading this book I see now it was possible and how truly corrupt and greedy this system was. I give this book 5 stars cause it gives great insight and I give the author 10 stars for being brave and standing up to injustice! Thanks!

This is a great read for anyone that recognizes the severe flaws, bullying, extortion and rights violations in this business "masked as child support" and using labeling such as deadbeat and best interest of the child as a cover to fatten their bureaucracy with Title IV-D Funding. Title IV-D Funding is really the source of the drain on Social Security.

Most people think a man wrote this as well, it’s actually a woman who wrote the book who has a webpage called the child support hustle - this book is a waste of money and will only get you into trouble with the family law system.

This book is essentially this "man" whining about how he has to pay child support. He spent all of his life savings on trying to get out of it. After a lengthy court battle that he drug his ex and child through he obtained "victory." Women are painted as money hungry, welfare grubbing hoes that have nothing better to do then to take the father for all that he is worth. Demeaning rude and assuming the author then ties his views of welfare and states that this is the reason why mothers aren't prosecuted for child abandonment. This book only offers a twisted sick idea that fathers should not take any responsibility for the children that they help produce. I need my money back for the time that I wasted reading this book.
